RZS-1000 fuse indicator, suitable for AC 50HZ, rated voltage 1000V and below lines, used in L-type busbar fuses and other products.

Finger melting is an external fuse indicator, directly connected to the fuse, when the fuse is blown, the finger melting at the same time to promote the micro switch, the contact is closed, and the electrical signal is sent.

The fuse indicator is mainly composed of micro switch, finger core, bracket, copper clip and connecting plate. The dimensions are shown in Figure 1.

Service installation  

During installation, adjust the connecting plate on the finger melting bracket to the same height as the cover plates at both ends of the fuse, loosen the screws above and below the corner of the fuse cover, insert the connecting plate on the finger melting bracket, and tighten the screws. See Figure 2 for the installation and wiring diagram.
